What is 13th and 14th month pay?

Italian law and our collective agreement require an annual 13th- and 14th-month payment in December and July respectively. Omnipresent pays employees in 12 installments per year, along with 2 additional monthly salaries.

Omnipresent only offers compliant operating models within regulation with the Italian law. In Italy we offer Employer of Record and Contractor support.

What are the probation periods in Italy?

Probationary periods are common in Italy and the length varies depending on the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The maximum term of probationary periods is 6 months.
