We’re delighted to announce the launch of The Omnis' to celebrate and recognize leaders in the global remote workspace. The way we work has changed so much since 2020, so we wanted to set up a new kind of awards program to celebrate globally distributed employees and employers who have adapted to a new normal of working remotely.
While no one has it all figured out, some employers, people, and organizations have taken it upon themselves to reimagine what it takes to build the workplace of the future now. Because heroes can be anywhere, we feel now is the time for us to acknowledge and celebrate them for pushing to set gold standards for global remote working.
So, we’re inviting you to nominate inspiring employers around the world who have created new processes, procedures, and policies for exceptional remote employment experiences.
Nominations are open from now until October 14, and you can nominate your own organization or another for remote hiring practices in six different categories, each reflecting a unique stage of the employee lifecycle:
Work demands during the COVID-19 pandemic was an opportunity for organizations and their people to try new things. They were learning by doing and not everything was a success. The Omnis wants to recognize and celebrate the successes among employers who are raising the bar for their team members around the world.
The Omnis not only recognizes remote hiring standards but also elevate employer branding for those companies that are shifting their practices, policies and corporate cultures to the future of work.
Much like our own globally distributed remote team, The Omnis are designed entirely for a virtual, global environment, allowing entries from employers in any country who have remote team members based abroad.
To celebrate each award category, we’ll be hosting six interactive virtual award ceremonies, running from November 4 to December 16, filled with remote work success stories, discussion rooms, and on-demand learning opportunities for global audiences.
Not only will winners gain recognition for their excellence, but also an impressive financial prize to help with their own international expansion plans. In addition to a range of exciting prizes provided by our event partners, each winner will also receive $10,000 worth of Omnipresent credits to support their global business growth.
