We’ve Raised $120M to Help Businesses Build Global Teams Compliantly

Backed by investors from Europe, Asia, and America, we’re ready to scale our global employment solutions to help even more companies build world-class teams with ease.

We’ve Raised $120M to Help Businesses Build Global Teams Compliantly

We’re delighted to announce that Omnipresent has raised $120M in our Series B fundraising, supercharging our mission to make global teams work. With funding from leading investors, such as Kinnevik and Tencent, we’ll continue scaling our distributed team and developing our service offering to meet the ever-growing demand for global employment.

Since we founded the business two years ago, the world of work has changed significantly; we’re currently experiencing a tectonic shift in the way businesses work and hire. The trend of remote, global work has been gathering pace, and Omnipresent is a catalyst for this change. The proof is that our revenue grew 25x and our team by 10x in 2021. We’re helping companies break through barriers of international employment, empowering them to hire anyone, anywhere.

We’re now a team of more than 230 talented people distributed across 40+ countries worldwide. We’ve created a culture driven by our values of being ambitious, humble, authentic, and curious. And it’s a culture our people love; 94% of our team would recommend Omnipresent as a great place to work.

"Omnipresent is in a stage of hyper-growth, and we're proud to have developed a culture that can scale with us and that truly resonates with our people. Our Series B will not only enable us to grow our team, but also invest in innovative ways to keep our people engaged, fulfilled, and motivated as they shape the future of work." - Matthew Wilson, Co-founder & Co-CEO of Omnipresent

As a global-first business ourselves, we’re proud to use our first-hand experience and expertise to help our clients build their international teams in more than 160 countries and regions worldwide. We take care of all the administrative duties associated with global employment so they can focus on expanding their business quickly and efficiently.

With our Series B funding, which includes a pre-Series B round in the second half of 2021, we’re in an advantageous position to expand our team, products, and services even faster. In fact, we’re set to welcome several hundred more people in 2022 and diversify our suite of global employment products to ensure businesses have all the tools and support they need to hire, pay, and manage top talent from across the globe compliantly.

Development of the OmniPlatform, our tech-enabled HR platform, is also our priority as we scale our services up and provide streamlined global employment solutions to hundreds of new clients and their chosen talent over the months to come.

“The way Omnipresent onboards our new hires is really important. There’s a lot of care and a lot of contact - a real agility in providing people with support. All of this is really priceless ... It’s a real partnership, rather than a client relationship.” - Marie Favre, People Operations Manager

In true Omnipresent fashion, our investors are based across the world. Believers in our mission and approach to global work, our Series B was led by Kinnevik, a leading European growth investor, and Tencent, a global leading technology company.

We also received investment from San Francisco-based Uncorrelated Ventures and our long-standing investors, Episode 1, Playfair Capital, and Truesight Ventures, who have been with us since our seed round and Series A.

We want to thank our investors, our incredible team, and our clients for championing our mission so far. The future of work is global, and we’re proud to be bringing it to life.
