Whether “remote” means across town or across the globe, there are a multitude of factors to consider in navigating an effective, productive, compliant, and engaging remote work experience.  In order to better prepare our companies and our broader community for the ever-evolving challenges of remote work, Hyde Park Venture Partners, a Midwest-focused venture capital firm, is excited to partner with Omnipresent, an international employer of record, to dive into this topic.  HPVP’s Talent Partner Jim Conti will be joined by Omnipresent’s People Partnering Lead Irene van der Werf for a virtual fireside chat on best practices related to remote work, bringing together stories and examples from both internal team initiatives and external client work.

In this webinar, we’ll explore:

  • Why empowering remote work is a recruitment and retention tool
  • A deep dive into remote work culture: both the wins and the misses
  • How to prepare to scale culture, compliance, and employee experience while growing across the globe
  • Observations from an international perspective
