The Challenges

When starting Supercede, Jerad Leigh (CEO) quickly noticed that being based and employing solely in London had its disadvantages: a hugely competitive environment and limited talent pool. Together with the CTO, they decided that being a remote-first company would solve this problem, allowing for a quicker international expansion and access to talent with diverse experiences in start-ups around the world. They began looking for a way to hire their expert remote talent as full-time employees, as well as a company with a truly global reach so they could offer this service to all of their team.
