With Supercede, brokers can easily share their risks with a worldwide audience of underwriters, who are in turn empowered to search and filter for risks that best match their appetite.

The Challenges

Marc-Aurele is the VP Operations at Supercede. Before joining, he strongly believed in the fully remote way of working and was curious to explore it. Marc says that joining Supercede as his first fully remote job gave him much more flexibility and independence, as well as making the work itself more efficient, however it did bring some challenges. Marc is based in Germany, however he is not fluent in the language, which made the processes related to understanding German employment regulations and registering quite difficult. He was hoping for an easy and smooth onboarding experience, as well as assistance in navigating through setting up as an employee in a  foreign country.
