Matthew Wilson studied Theoretical Physics in Oxford. He then worked as a software engineer and product manager. At 23, Matt turned down a full MBA scholarship to co-found a seed-funded SaaS company where he led Product, Tech and Ops. Frustrated by his experience of dealing with international bureaucracy, Matthew decided to join Entrepreneur First, a deep tech accelerator, to co-found Omnipresent with Guenther Eisinger.

Since joining SeedLegals, AJ has helped over 500companies set up their Option Schemes. He’s developed an encyclopaedic knowledge about EMI and Unallocated Option Schemes and now leads our specialist team – all our Options team members are legal or accounting experts.

Previously, AJ studied Accounting and went on to work as a consultant in the PMO office at Capita. His job for Capita focused on procurement – which makes AJ the right man to ask about getting the best deal, not just for your options scheme, but when you want to buy anything.

AJ then worked as a Project Manager at Goat, a social media agency listed at #4 in AdWeek‘s 2021 list of the world’s fastest-growing influencer agencies. AJ led campaigns for Indy500, Tag Heuer, Apple and Diageo‘s brands.

He went on to found Spiela, a social enterprise that creates opportunities for people from socio-economically disadvantaged communities. He’s also an advisor at The Careers & Enterprise Company.

He is passionate about work-life integration and maximizing The Remote Employee Experience (TREE). Kaleem was born and raised in Bangor, Maine, the home of Stephen King. He is a graduate of Worcester State University, has been featured in Harvard Business Review, and named one of the top 15 Remote Work Advocates and Leaders by the All American Speakers Bureau. Kaleem has presented alongside leadership from companies such as Google, United Airlines, Visa, Facebook, Netflix, AirBnB, Association of Legal Administrators, and Meeting Professionals International.
