About our panelists
Ian is a performance-driven payroll expert with over 20+ years of experience in payroll, vendor management, and implementation across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific regions. He's provided services to populations in excess of 100,000 employees and previously worked with Walgreens Boots Alliance, PwC, Serco, and Essentra PLC. Currently, Ian is the strategic payroll lead at Omnipresent.
Emma is the Global Benefits Lead at Omnipresent, where she oversees in-house benefit strategy design and implementation in 150+ countries. Emma cares deeply about supporting companies to help their employees to be healthy, happy and resilient. She's an expert in designing, restructuring, communicating, and setting up bespoke benefit packages, as well as translating benefits across locations for globally distributed teams.
