The typical work week in Cambodia consists of 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week. Workers who work 8 consecutive hours are entitled to a 1 hour lunch break.

Sick leave in Cambodia includes leave for up to 6 months if the employee has been certified ill by a qualified medical practitioner. Law does not provide for paid sick leave however employers normally provide paid sick leave as follows:
Maternity leave in Cambodia is at least 90 days. The employee is paid half of regular wages, including other benefits, as long as they have accrued 1 year of continuous service with the employer.
